SCI Step Together: A Physical Activity Program for Persons with Spinal Cord Injury Who Walk
SCI Step Together is an evidence-informed, 8-week program designed to support persons with spinal cord injury (SCI) who walk in becoming more physically active. Grounded in the latest research and tailored to the unique experiences of persons with SCI, the program promotes not only increased physical activity but also more positive and meaningful engagement in those activities.
Developed through a collaborative process, SCI Step Together brings together scientific researchers, persons with lived experience of SCI, a spinal cord injury community organization, and RxPx Inc. This inclusive partnership ensures the program reflects both the best available evidence and the practical needs of the SCI community.
