Volunteer Training and Management

This resource was developed in partnership with the Ontario Parasport Collective (OPC) and knowledge users in the disability sport community (i.e., athletes, volunteers, sport administrators). The resource contains 12 best practice recommendations for training and managing sport event volunteers, as well as supplementary documents and templates to help event organizers design and implement a successful and inclusive volunteer program.
